The Warehouse Project Presents Ian Brown Live in Manchester at Platt Fields on Friday 11th June. As a homecoming event for one of Manchester’s finest, 15,000 die-hard Brown and Stone Roses fans are set to converge on the iconic outside music space as part of its 100th year anniversary celebrations.

Warehouse Project will also be celebrating their 5th anniversary this year and this event is the main event of many they have planned to bring great music to the North. Ian Brown will be joined by a diverse range of leading artists including dance supremos UNKLE, Bad Lieutenant, which features New Order front man and guitarist Bernard Sumner, Manchester rockers The Whip, uber cool turntablists Scratch Perverts, celebrated Haçienda DJ Mike Pickering, ex-New Order bass player Peter Hook (DJ set) and the Now Wave DJs on a line-up that will guarantee Manchester’s biggest night of music in 2010. Elsewhere, the line-up features a who’s who of Manchester nightlife including everyone from Ninja Tune’s Mr. Scruff to the legendary Factory band A Certain Ratio.
